Argilio Rodriguez, Esq. is a business lawyer based in New York City. He is the founder and principal attorney of Rodriguez Law, P.C. and provides legal representation to businesses in all areas of business law and commercial litigation. His clients include restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, liquor stores, wines stores, construction companies, alcohol wholesalers and distributors, and many other types of businesses throughout New York. He also represents investors who have suffered financial losses in securities arbitration matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Mr. Rodriguez graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York.
Prior to founding Rodriguez Law, P.C., Mr. Rodriguez was a litigation associate practicing mergers and acquisitions and securities litigation on behalf of shareholders and institutional investors at Bernstein Litowitz, Berger & Grossman LLP, the #1 ranked firm nationwide in the field of plaintiff securities litigation.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association. He is also a member of the Queens Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce of Washington Heights and Inwood, and the New York City Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Rodriguez has been invited to speak at various functions and events by the New York Police Department, NYC Business Solutions, and various Chambers of Commerce throughout New York City.
Mr. Rodriguez is a fluent Spanish speaker, born and raised in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan, and prides himself on being deeply involved in the advancement of the Latino business community throughout New York City.
He is also the President of Rodriguez Realty Advisors LLC, a business brokerage firm specializing in the purchase and sale of restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, and liquor/wine stores throughout New York City.
